I recently had a listen to some Alesis M1 Active Mk II monitors at a friends place, I was blown away with how good they sounded in such a small room (smaller than mine) and also recently read the thread by Wolvebain about Active near/mid field monitors suggestions.
I am new to active monitor speakers and would appreciate some suggestions on audio interfaces/DACs that can be used as a sound card and also to control the speakers volume.
