Last week Tidal refused to play through my IPad, I uninstalled and tried again but no joy. My system works with Mconnect and Tidal feeding to my amp/streamer. When I open the Mconnect and selectTidal and I try to play a track I get a message saying “selected quality is not allowed in users subscription. I have no problem when I use the same setup working through my cell phone both Samsung and Huewei.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with IPad streaming.
