Lips and sound not in sync

Hi guys. Need some advise. The sound through my NAD T744 amp and TV/DVD is out of sync.

The sound/speach is actually ahead of the actual lip movement. Tried to find something in the amp's settings, but nothing obvious. Is it something to do with the speaker distance settings, or what should I look at?
