In my home theatre I am running B&W Flat panel monitors, 2 x FPM6’s R & L and a FPM5 as my centre speaker.
I ideally wanted an FPM 6 as the centre too, but I can’t find one.
Questions
1) If I replace the centre speaker with a B&W HTM6 will I have a problem with it not being perhaps different tonally the same and not on the same axis, i.e. it will sit ahead of the L&R speakers
2) Will the HTM6 actually be an upgrade over the FP6?
In my research it was stated that 80% of the sound in a surround system projects through the centre channel, hence my question.
