Need some UPS advice

I have a number of devices on my network at home ranging from the fiber ONT to a PoE switch etc.

Maximum draw is around 55 watts at any given time so if I plan for 100 watt draw in the most extreme circumstance what sort of UPS would I need to keep everything running for 3.5 hours?

Any advice is greatly appreciated
