Advice please:
I see myself as moderately intelligent but cellphone contracts/ packages/ options just bamboozle the crap out of me. Over 20 yrs of being a VodaCom customer, one thing I know for certain is that the devil is in the details and they will have their pound of flesh ( sorry for the mixed metaphors).
Having now come to a stage where I regularly have to top up Airtime, data etc despite having an " excellent package ", I'm finally fed up.
Considering going the pre paid route where at least I know I get what I'm paying for and don't have a situation where a family member ( 3 numbers on my account) mysteriously runs out of airtime on the second day of the month.
Anyone out there who's extremely unhappy after having decided to go prepaid? I've been told it works out more expensive? True?
I fear VodaCom has just become too big to care.
