Will I cause damage in sharing my subs?

So I'm not getting much advise on my other post.

I want to share my subs between my HT and Stereo systems due to space constraints.

So if I were to connect my Stereo system to the right RCA input of each sub and then my HT to the left of each sub - will this cause any damage. I will obviously have to make sure that the two amps are never running at the same time but other than that?
