Trigger connection

Hi All,

please help and idiot  :moron: I want to know how to connect a trigger cable from my Yamaha RXA series to a Plinius P10. On the Yamaha side it is easy as it would be a 3.5mm stereo or mono in the out socket(I think) but on the Plinius side,it has two terminals marked trigger and thats it.No 3.5mm jack....
