Hi all, need some recommendations on a good amplifier. Currently have a Yamaha vx 573 hooked up to a 5.1 b&w setup (M1s with the asw610)
The TV is the HU8500 65 inch 4k TV from Samsung
I bought an Xbox one s and would like to connect my setup like this
Xbox one s -> amp -> TV
The current amplifier while supporting 4k pass through doesn't really support it well. It is HDMI 1.4a (which I'm told isn't going to really cut it).
Xbox one s Via the amp I can't get 4k resolution. Only when connected directly to the TV can it scale.
So googling amps its all overwhelming as there are so many options. So hoping for some opinions on best bang for buck and thats enough to run my current speaker setup
