Guidance on 5.1 system with sub woofer - crossover settings

Hi all. Need some advice please.

My system is as follows,

5.1
Receiver: Denon AVR X3100W
Speakers: Wharfedale Diamond 8 series
Sub: Velodyne Impact 12

On the AVR setup all speakers are set to small. (Floor stander fronts, Center and surrounds)
Crossovers are all set to 80hz. (On receiver)
Sub set to LFE. (On receiver)

Question is on the Velodyne.... The volume is set to half and the "low pass frequency" knob is set on 80hz.

Just want to see if that is correct (having the low pass frequency" knob is set on 80hz.)
