My Room is 6m x 4m and is 2.7m high with a concrete slab.
I have never been satisfied with my system and seem to end up moving my speakers all over the show with conflicting results in an attempt to improve things.
I have trawled the web and discovered some nice sites offering mathematical equations for speaker placement. So far the CARDAS method sounds the best but I am virtualy sitting 1.8m away from the speakers which are 1.8 m away from the rear wall. It looks starnge to have this 6m room with the speakers and listening seat so bunched up in the middle.
Does anyone have any advice?? The room is treated with 6 x Bass traps and some Auralex panels.
What do these 802's need - lots of space or can they go into corners. At HFX and the like the speaker placement seems to "fit" the room ie it looks right and sounds good, my placement just looks wrong!
