Decided I would rather go with a Windows Server so need to lose the boot and partitions on the Linux Ubuntu HDD's that were mounted and the main drive too.
Need to Clean Wipe the drives so Windows will be able to install on them.
I have made a Mirror of the Main Linux Install should I wish to use it again.
