I bought a paradigm pdr12 off the forum a little while ago.
I only set it up a few days ago and it was vibrating horribly. I stripped it and it seems the foam surround has started disintegrating.
I called audio specialists who are apparently the importers and they can't get the kit for me and want me to send it to them then they would send it on to the place where they send their stuff.
Should I do this myself or should I just send it off?
Also note I'm not blaming the seller for this. Who knows it may have happened during shipping. I just want to get it fixed.
