I have to say I am actually bloody insulted. Have been with Vodacom for a good 20 years - today I went to hand in my cell phone for repairs, and the guy doing the capturing wasn't very careful with who could see his computer screen. My client 'status' according to Vodacom? In big red caps on the screen: LOW VALUE CUSTOMER.

Wish I'd seen this before I renewed my contract, as ther's no point in giving a company my money if it sees me as 'low value', based, I presume on the fact that I try and keep my cell phone costs under control...  :(
