Valves, Valves, Valves - The more things change, the more they stay the same....
I too am getting intrigued by the world of valves. I am thinking of moving from a solid state pre-amp to one with valves and keeping my class A solid state Audiolab monoblocks for now.
1. Are there different pre-amp "valve architectures" that fundamentally differentiate the way valve pre-amps work (or do they share the same principals)?
2. Any recommendations on a vlave pre-amp that also contains a great MM/MC phono and DAC - I have space limitations and would like to streamline the setup a bit
