Sliding doors (for indoors)

Gentlemen, trust that this finds you well.

I need some assistance/recommendations on getting a sliding door for my old-timer. He has been busy with some renovations, and he now needs to put in a door (preferably one that slides)... and has the rail mounted above the door.
The reason for this is that the door frame aperture is now slightly narrower than what it should be.

If you know off a place where I can get the above mentioned, please let me know.
