I am in the process of building my own skyline diffuser, I have chosen to go with Low Frequency 2150 Hz and High 8580 Hz. The reason for having my Low Frequency at 2150 has been the weight as I will require shorter columns and it will be easier to mount on the ceiling. I an planing use use these conjuction with acoustic panels and bass traps. I plan to build two panels each covering an area of 600mm x 1.8 meter
Question I have is if this will be effective at all or should I use lower frequencies about 860 Hz?
