If you like PC based listening, try the Asus Essence ST or STX cards. You will be surprised at the bang for the audio buck these cards provide! Once you get bored start rolling opamps and tweak the sound to your liking.

I ordered my TubeMagic D2 with the optional upgrade of 3 matched opamp OPA627 last week. Looking around the web all I can really tell is that these are Texas Instruments chipsets. What do they actually do and was it worth the extra 40USD to change over to these?
