NAD 3020 series 20

Morning all
I am going to take a look at a NAD 3020 series 20 amplifier this morning. Is there anything I must look out for please?
Please see attached of the inside. I am little concerned about the white residue around the heat sink parts. Is this just that paste that is used on these chips or corrosion.
