I would like opinions on a problem I've experienced with my microwave. We've had a few microwave posts and I see one on a fridge where Bosch comes out on top. My problem relates to Whirlpool.
When I bought this unit, it experienced an intermittent fault after 1 year, which I reported under warranty. It was looked at (under warranty) but no work was undertaken presumably as it did not exhibit the fault at the time. Fast forward two years later (now) and it's developed a more serious affliction in that that it just "dies" for no reason intermittently and Appliance 365 claims it relates to the original display fault I reported 2 years ago.
Under these circumstances, am I reasonable to expect Whirlpool to repair this under warranty as it was reported when covered ?
