A few weeks ago, I got pop-ups touting for downloading Google 8, promising faster, better internet browsing. I don't really do a lot of 'browsing' but thought, what the heck, if it is faster and 'better', why not. At the same time, I thought I'll get rid of the hard sell pop-ups.
So, I downloaded and now there's another infernal pop-up which drives me nutz. I followed the "NEXT" and chose my options and don't want any 'suggested, related sites' to those I already visit, and indicated so.
Big Bro' Google obviously knows what's best for me. Has anyone seen this? Have you managed to get rid of this invasive and persistent pop-up?
