We have a 3-panel ALVA gas heater like the one in the pic below. Only two of the panels work. We generally like to use 2 panels, but there is a problem. The no 2 panel is out. The panels turn on in this sequence:
Level 1: panel 1
Level 2: panels 1+2
Level 3: panels 1+2+3
It seems that there is gas feeding to the no 2 panel, but very weak - too weak to remain burning, but there is still gas going there (I tested this by holding a flame to it, and there is some gas coming out there). If I set it to Level 3, only 1 and 3 burn. I currently only use it on Level 1 because otherwise unburnt gas will be released (this is both a waste and unsafe) from panel 2.
Can this be fixed?
