So Leander has kindly explained to me that power conditioning starts at the main distribution box. But since I'm renting, I just want to get a power conditioner for now. The way I see it, there are two options: one box to which I can then connect a power strip, or a box that functions as a complete power strip. I could import Furutech products, or I can buy Surgex products from local retailers. But that's beside the point right now. I'm still just exploring. Anyone have more advice on this topic, e.g. best-value products, possible pitfalls, where to buy accessories like American-pin adapters, etc.?
