Am relatively new to this so take it easy . I have recently moved from Durban to Sandton....and I left my Sony DDW5000 behind .
So basically, I am looking to do it right this time (No massive speakers which soung like ****!)..
Hmmm, I have a budget of about 9 grand for a 5.1 system. I know its not much but you just have to deal with it. I was looking at the Pioneer VSX520? What do you guys think of the reciever? Maybe you can suggest receivers in a similiar price range as well as speaker sets. Would also be helpful if you can direct me to physical stores who have stock of your suggestions.. It will be a basic system, my first "build " so to speak.
