1Mbps a waste of time

So my 1Mbps uncapped ADSL is in full swing, for surfing and e-mail its kinda OK.
:walled:Tried to download some videos...this thing runs at 22-28kps, absolutely pathetic.
It cannot finish downloading a movie because the router restarts about 3 times in the 12 hour download time frame and after that it will not "resume".

I have not started with my on-line gaming but I have a feeling this is not going to go down well. :fuse:
