What digital music player can do all of this:

Hi Guys

Currently have a popcorn A-210 but it cant's do everything that I want it to do. I want a dedicated digital music player and will use the popcorn somewhere else for movies.

I need a digital music player with the following specs:

HDMI out - because I want the User Interface on my TV
LAN connection - I want to connect my NAS to it
No DAC - because I want to use a stand alone DAC and don't want to pay extra for another DAC inside this streamer.
USB audio out (most important spec) - I think this is the best connection for a DAC for low jitter bit perfect transfer. 24/192 USB out.
Must be able to handle all hi-res files available today and (hopefully) the future.
Must have a fairly good User Interface with remote so that I can sit back and relax.
No hdd - will add to the cost but also not the end of the world.
Good quality

Is there a stand alone unit like this available? I guess a laptop with a tablet as a remote will work but it will be expensive and don't want a dedicated laptop in my lounge. Possibly the wandboard?
