I have recently embarked on a DIY speaker building project with parts ordered from the US.
My very last connection in the crossover was a 8 Ohm / 10W wire wound resistor (I assume it is a Jantzen item). Unfortunately, the wire broke 0.1mm from the core and has become ultimately useless now.
My frustration is that I can not seem to find ANY audio(phile) quality resistors online in SA.
Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction. Mills/Jantzen etc or better resistors of mentioned specification needed desperately please!
