A quick question to those involved in studios, or those with just general knowledge on studio monitor speakers.
I have a friend thats looking to get into music production, specifically electonic music. Studio Monitors can be found easily enough, see http://www.orangemusic.co.za/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=131_143 But the question is, what kind of amp would suffice to power these kinds speakers?
I have no clue when it comes to these kinds of speakers, so I'm hoping to get some feedback from you guru's on this board.
Any advice perhaps on which speakers + amps to look out for? Or can anyone recommend a decent beginner setup? It would be much appreciated.
