My brother has got an interesting scenario. As soon as he connects his turntable earth to earth point it hums quite nicely :groovy:.
if you disconnect the earth however it is absolutely dead still. :facepalm:. Obviously he runs like that, but my question is:
Why would this happen?
I have also found that hum differs from cart to cart.
