We are getting ridiculous run-around form SARS. Our electronic components are stuck in customs because they are asking for an MSDS (material safety data sheet) for parts we are importing from Microchip. Fedex is no help. One would imagine that their agents can at least push back on behalf of their customer, but no. An MSDS is only required if the product contains hazardous materials, like with items that contain batteries; ICs don't.

Any advice?
