Running speaker cables neatly....

I know my Thread title isn't really descriptive enough but what I'm actually asking is what have you guys found useful for attaching cables to the walls..? I've seen guys use "glue" that dries very fast that seems to end up looking quite nice but I don't really know what is out there or what will work best.

What would you suggest...?
