Repairing a sunfire true sub eq back plate amp

I am currently battling to repair a sunfire true eq backplate amp I have replaced all the electrolytic caps as well as the polyester 250V caps but still when I am turning it on R107 the resistor on the -downconverter starts to smoke.  I checked the the FE16P16GT D21 and IRF640's FETS's Q21,Q24 and Q27.  Has anybody repaired one of these sunfire true amplifiers because I am running out of ideas.  I am attaching the circuit diagram if there is anyone out there that possibly could give me some ideas as to what to look out for.http://files.conco.co.za/get2/169933a2c7a1183908e57ba4cb360304/hfe_sunfire_true_sub_eq_schematics.pdf
