It's quite sad when someone sells you expensive kit, new, with a warranty and a promise of an invoice nogal; you open the goods and find that it is damaged. And when you try to return it you have to pay the seller a sizeable amount to take back the damaged goods, that came with a warranty - nogal... The position is that any returned goods carry a handling fee. Make sure the stuff you buy is in the condition you want it.
