Quality Cables or Interconnects

Hi,

I was just wondering what everyones opinions on Home Theatre cables are...

For example, I'd like to buy some component video cables, and the prices vary from R90 to R500+.  :shock:  Should I go for the R90 Zakspeed cables, or more expensive R500 AR cabels? Will I see a difference?

Has anyone ever noticed a difference between cheaper vs more expensive cables? For audio aswell... Ever heard an improvement from an expensive Digital Co-ax?

BTW, by cheap cables, I am not refering to the really thin ones that com with a system which opten make bad contact and break.
