Project 2 - Automated lights

So now I want to automate my dimmers .... I have no idea what to even look at has anyone RETROFITTED this into their house?

I have dimmers and I have a logitech harmony 1100 remote what do I need or need to look at to get my lights (Dimmers) controlled via my Logitech I know it supports home automation systems just don't know what's available locally.
