Panasonic UB820 Vs Nvidia Shield Pro for streaming 4K movies

I am considering purchasing the Panasonic UB820. Is it necessary to still buy the Nvidia Shield for better video and sound quality?

I have read that bitrate video and sound quality in respect of Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision is better when streaming with Nvidia Shield as compared to the UB820. Are there anyone who have experience of both can advise whether buying the Nvidia Shield as well will be a waste?
