I have just been donated a Panasonic SA-PM08 DVD home theatre system setup and told it is not working no other details provided as to what the problem is. The remote and manual not provided but has the front left, right and centre speakers that I have checked out as OK.
My first thoughts are to keep the speakers and dump the rest of it as it is old and not worth the effort digging into it to see if the problem is repairable, which will be difficult without the service and operating manuals.
Any comments or advice from forum members who may have knowledge or experience with this particular equipment before it is dumped.
