So, as the wife gave me a Sound room just for me, I decided to build her a new TV room (Well ok for me too.... :thumbs
This is where I am at after removing the roof of the double garage and raising it up and then replacing beams that had water damage.
I plan to install Think Pink and then ceilings with additional polystyrene ceilings under that.
What a mess the grinder makes but at least al new waterproofing will go down this afternoon and weather the storm that is sure to hit later this evening as is usual for Roodepoort.
Now planning starts for electric and lighting supply.
Not too bad for a weekends work.
