Hi guys
So I've had my custom equipment cupboard thingie made and wanted to know if anyone wishes to give advice on speaker placement.
I'm moving to a bookshelf set up for HT and my Polk RTi A3's will be handling front duty.
I have an L shaped couch which is 3.5m from the screen.
I was thinking of mounting the fronts directly against the wall as the Polks do have that thing at the back that allows you to 'hang' them on a screw that's fastened to the wall. The Polks also have rubber stoppers at the rear that allows the speaker to be about 1-2cm away from the wall surface if that makes sense.
So will this work or is the preferred method to spend money on speaker mounts and then toe the speakers in a bit?
