I am currently in the market for a new stereo power amplifier.
My requirements are:
There are many options from overseas manufacturers, but I would like to survey the local manufacturer landscape too.
Unfortunately it is not that visible who these manufacturers are, so I would appreciate any recommendations or references.
My requirements are:
- At least 100W (continuous) per channel into 8 ohms - should almost double into 4 ohms
- High damping factor (>500)
- Low THD (<0.05%)
- Fairly efficient (class A/AB) and physically not too big
