Kef IQ3 Issue

Hi All

My Kef's were in storage for a bit, tried them on today and the bass on 1 speaker is flat...only treble.
I tried different cables, amp and checked the connections at the back of the speaker but still no difference.
Very upsetting, any idea on what it could be?They haven't had much play as well.
