I want to buy a Jeep Cherokee 3.2. My mothers Jeep is so old with a lot of kilos and no problems at all, except for the boot latch that needs to be replaced.
Now because I have not really heard bad things about Jeeps, and with my mothers Jeep being so reliable, I want to buy myself one. So I've googled a bit and got some concerns as many claim that the new 9 speed gearbox gives issues. Mainly software issues that cause you to need a tow-in.
How true is that and have Jeep perhaps fixed the problem? They started this model in 2014 so I would hope the issues are resolved?
Will I make a mistake buying one?
