I received this link and am wondering if this also calls for the same installation regulation as solar. I presume the connection with a house's wiring would still require a CoC, but maybe not the attention od a Pr Eng.

The only mention on wind power I could find on the CCT website seem to cover only outdoor advertisement applications.
