I have someone the US who is quite keen on something I have (don't want to give away too much

Anyway, he offered payment via PayPal. As far as I know, they take quite the cut fron the side of the person who is paying. I.e. this 'buyer' would be paying an extra percentage, but for me there would be no loss when transferring the money from paypal to my Debit card?
In any case, which payment method would our experianced veterans recommend? There are also a number of different shipping options, but not sure who would have to arrange (me or him)?
Sorry for the rather basic questions, but just want to make sure I get this right the first time, as I've never done anything similar.
