Gas braai advice needed

Sorry, yet another non AV question but I have gotten to trust this forum for advice.

I am looking at getting one of these gas burners?.

What must I look out for?
I saw some have the electric ignition.
Brands seen so far, Jetmaster, Megamaster, Saturn, Cadac, Alva

Are there brands to stay away from?
