So a friend wanted a good turntable, not a very steep budget but still wanting something good, preferably very good.
Checking the workshop and the store-room at home i found a suitable candidate, no tonearm thou and none suitable in my stores
as he wanted an arm with Ortofon/SME shell bayonet for the convinent cartridge change that accomodates for.
Check ad´s then, and found a very nice arm.
Coming out pretty nice I think.
Some finishing left to do, and replacement of screws for the armboard but works the intended way.
Fidelity Research FR-24 and Satin 18-E seems to be a very nice combination.
