First Reflection Panel Design Options

Hello All,

So after reading a bit about first reflection panels, I have decided to build 3 for each side wall.
Some train of thought is thicker is better and others mention a significant performance increase using an air gap.

I am currently torn between these three designs - I do not want to extend past 150mm for each panel.

I plan on using 50mm Uthermo 8 or 75mm Uthermo 6.
