Fair Price for Yamaha receiver and Yamaha speaker set?

A friend of mine has a Yamaha RX-V1700 HDMI receiver and Yamaha NS777 floor standers with the NS444 center speakers. The speakers are gloss black.

What is a fair price for the receiver and a fair price for the speaker set?
All is in excellent condition - no dents etc. I am going to say 9 out of 10 because they are about 5 years old.
I was thinking about 4K for the receiver and 5k for the speaker set?
