Am I the right spot for this?
Pretty much decided to buy 300E Mercedes W124 series, 1992 model.
Would love to replace standard sound system with something really good. I live in Paarl, not far from Cape Town.
Maybe start with buying second hand components until I have enough to go to car audio place? Which one?
Will I get far with R10 000 budget? I have Sennheiser HD 650 headphones. Maybe also look at headphone amp when parking/ overnighting.

How expensive is data on phone (android top up), say per hour?
