Since I had hardly any responses to my surround speaker thread! Help

Anyone owning a Bose here!
Please, we don?t need another Bose bashing thread. Their frequency response is limited but ?most? surround is mastered in mids to high, XO at 200hz and send the rest to subs?
Just keen to find out from people that have owned one (and not merely reading the internet).
Was considering using two dual cubes as surround speakers.
Also need your opinion on the following:
1. Bose cubes as surrounds (very little cash outlay R1200 for both)
2. Ceiling speakers (have 4, two could do ATMOS and 2 rear surrounds) ?- I already have. See 2nd pic.
Any constructive feedback would be appreciated.
A friend suggested B&W AM1s as they can be tilted towards the listener. An avenue I would explore but don?t want to spend too much as I use the system more for music than movies.
